Scientific lecture on Health Coaching by ORTHOBIOTIKI Clinic for the Department of Dietetics
Akmi Metropolitan College – in cooperation with ORTHOBIOTIKI, a state of the art, model clinic for Preventive Medicine and Anti-Ageing – organizes a scientific lecture on Health Coaching, addressed to the undergraduate students of the BSc (Hons) Dietetics.
The lecture will take place at AMC Athens campus in Maroussi on Friday, January 13th between 11:30-13:30 and our invited speaker is Mr George Gaitanos (BA, BSc, MSc, PhD), Exercise Physiologist-Sports Nutritionist.

What is Health Coaching?
We use the Health Coaching method in order to specify health behavioural problems by evaluating a person's nutritional habits, levels of physical activity and his/her individual health profile. Using that data and appropriate methodology, we formulate along with the patient his/her individual life programme. (ORTHOBIOTIKI)
